Registration and Abstract submission
Late registration and submission of abstracts for poster presentation only: 23rd January to 15th April, 2015
Because of logistic reasons, participants registering after April 15 cannot join excursion and conference dinner. The deadline for payment of regular registration fees cannot be postponed. The local organization, in fact, must pre-pay the conference room and other services (e.g. bus and poster panels). We would very much appreciate if you pay your fee within the deadline.
From now, participants can submit an abstract only for posters till 15th April, 2015.

Best Poster Award
The Best Poster prize will be awarded to the best poster presentation given by a young scientist (<=35 year old) as corresponding author.
Accompanied Persons' Program
An Accompanied Persons' Program may become available subject to numbers of interested parties. Please note on your registration form if persons accompanying you are interested in attending group visits to local attractions. If the number of participants is enough, the travel agency (www.ekypage.com) responsible for the day's excursions on June 5, will propose various programs (individual/group).
